3-Season Patio Room Deck Foundations Mean Cost Efficiency

We design all our 3-Season Patio Rooms to sit on a decking foundation so you're spared the expense and disruption of laying a complicated concrete foundation.

• Existing decks will be inspected by our design team to determine if any reinforcements or stabilizing piers are needed to support your new room.
• A new or replacement deck may be needed in certain cases. In these instances, our builders will construct a new decking foundation as part of your project.

3-season patio rooms are an ideal place to stretch out or curl up and savor Vermont's spring, summer and fall. (If you'd like to enjoy your new space throughout the winter months, a Year-Round Sunroom is recommended). However, it should be noted that the “3-season” designation simply refers to the fact that these rooms are not insulated for continual year-round enjoyment and that occasional winter use is possible under the right circumstances.
