• Todd Warren, Owner, President
  Todd purchased Otter Creek in 2008 and has served as President since 1997. During this time he has maintained Otter Creek's impeccable reputation as a premier awning company while also nurturing it to become the state's largest sunroom company. He introduced the custom closet division in 2005, which quickly grew to become the area's top custom closet and storage solutions provider. Todd continues to handle some of the company's commercial awning design projects and is active on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern Vermont. • Elizabeth Warren, Owner, Public Relations
  Elizabeth worked as Otter Creek's original sunroom sales person whom some of you may remember as ‘the Patio Room Lady.' These days she devotes her efforts to the company's social media efforts, assisting the sunroom division with design consultations, and working in the community on behalf of Otter Creek. Elizabeth is currently serving as an Ambassador with the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce is involved as a member of the Women's Business Owners Network. • Rene Paquette, Vice President
  Rene is America's awning superhero: he reached his 30 year anniversary with the company this past summer and as a result of his background, no one knows the awning world better than Rene. As Vice President of Otter Creek, Rene oversees operations and installations for the awning and custom closet divisions of the company. He is a vital member of the Otter Creek team frequently assisting at the design level and his expertise is an invaluable behind-the-scenes aspect of the Otter Creek experience. Email Rene
• Jennifer Smith, Office Manager & Customer Support
  Jennifer is everyone's favorite at Otter Creek, among both customers and staff. As Office and Showroom Manager, she is on the front lines of customer service at all times and somehow manages to find the time for her duties in Human Resources as well. Otter Creek customers appreciate Jennifer's warmth and personal attention while staffers love her for her supportive nature and sunny personality. • Stu MacDonald, Manager of Closet Division
  Stu MacDonald is Chief Otter of our Closet Division.  Stu joins Otter Creek with over 10 years of experience in the closet industry and is the former owner of Closet Crafters, Inc.  You may see Stu from time to time on the job sites of new home construction as he is responsible for the important work we do with all of the areas new home builders and contractors.  In fact, Stu currently serves as the President of the Northern Vermont Home Builders & Remodelers Association.  Email Stu
• Tim Eaton, Sunroom Division Project Manager
  Tim is one of the original Otter Creekers. During his tenure he has been involved with all aspects of the business from production to manufacturing to sales and installations. Today he manages our sun room installations, a division helped to start almost 20 years ago. Tim embodies the Otter Creek spirit and dedication to 100% satisfied customers.   Greg Beck has a long and varied history with Otter Creek, from the early days when the company was owned by the original founders, through an intermittent period in which Greg played an integral role in establishing design concepts for large companies on behalf of the commercial awning division. Today Greg is once again involved in person-to-person consultation with area homeowners and businesses. • Jacques Litch & Adam Paquette, Awning Crew Leaders
  We can't tell you how many times our awning customers have expressed to us that our awning crews are such a valuable asset to our company. Jacques (right) and Adam (left), awning crew leaders, are each charged with a daily itinerary of awning installations to complete with their respective crew members. People are amazed to see that many of our residential awnings take only about 90 minutes to install, a tribute to the extensive training and experience of our awning installation technicians. We've found that oftentimes a neighbor will notice our truck in their neighborhood and stop to chat with Adam or Jacques, inquiring about awnings or asking for advice; we're delighted that folks find them approachable, friendly and knowledgeable even in an impromptu conversation on the sidewalk.
• Angel Goldsmith, Sunroom Sales & Design
  Angel is an outdoor living specialist in the sunroom division at Otter Creek. With an extensive background in construction, Angel understands the challenges of sunroom design in making each and every sunroom look and feel like an integral part of the home and the outside space as well. She strives to learn as much as possible about a homeowner's vision for the end result and then maximize both the beauty and utility of the room throughout the design process. • Sunroom Installation Team
  Luke Perocchi on the left, Mike Belanger to the right) and Fred Cushman at second from right, comprise our sunroom installation team. All three gentlemen are Otter Creek veterans and all three have been factory-trained at our manufacturer's facility in Pennsylvania. This means that you get the benefit of an installation crew that knows the product thoroughly and understands the finer points of quality sunroom construction with these specific materials. Many homeowners feel reassured knowing that we have our own crew for both sunrooms and decks; we do not subcontract any major construction work. You'll find Luke, Mike and Fred to be extremely courteous on-site and meticulous when it comes to clean up.
